After the palaeoceanography wokrshop in Hakone we had the opportunity to visit the Kanagawa Prefectural Museum of Natural History.
On Sept. 24-25 we could enjoy a workshop at Seiunsou in Gora, Hakone. Prof. Ishibashi (Kyushu University) and Prof. Pinti (GÉOTOP-UQÀM-McGill) presented their recent research on the hydrothermal activity in the Okinawa Trough and on shale gas reservoirs in Quebec, respectively.
